Sam is joined Osteopathy Kitchener full time in April 2023. Sam is registered with ACMA for Osteopathy, and is covered by Sunlife and Manualife.(listed as his DOMP # on invoices) He is also a member of CRMO, which covers Blue Cross and Greenshield claims (Listed as RMO # on his invoices) . He is not covered by Great West Life or Canada Life. Please check if you have a different benefit provider.
Sam Ladani (Registered Manual Osteopath) DOMP, RMO graduated from National Academy of Osteopathy, North York. Born and raised in India, Sam has a Background of Nursing and great experience working in OR. His journey and life changed when he Immigrated to Canada in 2016.
With great passion for patient care and experience in health care, he wanted to do something more in patient care which he was missing in Nursing. He found his answer in the field of Osteopathy, where he was able to communicate, empathize , understand the problems of the patient with more attention and focus. Osteopathy itself means a whole body approach for treatment of the patient.
Sam’s primary goal is to improve the quality of life of the patient and aim to reach the goal set for the patient through an evidence-based treatment plan. Involve patients in the care by suggesting home exercise at the end of session.

Alex graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree with a specialization in rehabilitation in 2019. From there, he went directly into the Osteopathy program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton where he graduated with a Master in Practice Diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences. This is a 4 year program where students are taught the principles of osteopathy as well as the fundamentals of anatomy, physiology, and osteopathic theory. This knowledge is then built upon each year until every student is an expert in the field.
Alex is a member of OSTCAN. Members of OSTCAN have completed a minimum of 4 years of osteopathic education with a minimum of 4200 hour. This includes a minimum of 1000 hours of supervised clinical practice and training which meets the Type 1 standards of education outlined by the World Health Organization (WHO).
